A separately scoped engagement

Tokenization Readiness Assessment

A preliminary review of your project materials, delivered as a written readiness report with findings, gaps and a recommendation for the next decision.

What the work covers

What you receive

The proposed assessment covers one primary asset or project pathway. Its scope brings together a review of the documentation provided, a gap analysis, a directional account of further work and a recommendation on whether and how to proceed.

  • Record of materials and assumptions

An account of the information considered and the assumptions that remain relevant to the review.

  • List of readiness gaps

Missing, incomplete or unresolved items that may affect further work.

  • Outline of potential next steps

A directional outline of further analysis, decisions and specialist input.

  • Written recommendation

A documented view on whether to proceed, proceed with conditions, pause or stop at this stage, within the agreed scope.

Scope and commercial terms are confirmed before an engagement is accepted.

Possible recommendations

A documented next step

Our readiness work distinguishes the materials received, the assumptions relied upon, unresolved issues and the further work required. Where the engagement includes a Decision Gateway, the recommendation may be Go, Proceed with Conditions, Pause or No-Go.

Possible recommendations

Go

Move to defining the scope of the next engagement, which may include a separately commissioned Whitepaper.

Proceed with Conditions

Address the stated conditions before progressing as specified.

Pause

Defer while further information, decisions or reviews are required.

No-Go

Stop tokenization planning at this stage because of the identified constraints.

A Go recommendation is not approval of an asset or confirmation that issuance, financing or a market will be available.

Separately scoped work

What may require a separate engagement

After the assessment, a Whitepaper defining the proposed path to tokenomics can be commissioned separately. Other work may include independent valuation or verification, legal and tax advice, regulatory review, investor-demand research, token design, technical work and coordination with licensed intermediaries. Each requires an appropriate scope and responsible provider.

Scope, outputs, timing, inputs and commercial terms are agreed before work begins. Additional assets, specialist reviews and implementation work require a separate scope.

Beyond the assessment · A separate engagement

A Whitepaper for your path to tokenomics.

For projects moving beyond the initial review, Earthberries prepares a Whitepaper under a separate engagement. It sets out the project’s proposed path to tokenomics.

A document for your team and advisers to discuss the proposed approach and the work needed to develop it.

Your questions, answered.

Is the free screening the paid assessment?

No. Screening is an initial information step. The paid assessment is a separately agreed review with defined outputs and boundaries.

Does a No-Go mean the assessment failed?

A recommendation to stop can be a valid result of the agreed review. It identifies why further tokenization work is not recommended at that stage. Payment and any refund conditions are set out in the engagement terms.

Is the Whitepaper included in the assessment?

No. The assessment delivers a preliminary readiness report. A Whitepaper defining the proposed path to tokenomics is a separate engagement, with its own agreed scope, inputs, timing and fee.

Does the assessment include the next phase?

No. Further work is separately scoped and agreed. Where an assessment credit applies, its conditions are stated in the terms.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the agreed review scope and the materials required. The delivery plan and dependencies are confirmed before work begins.

Will the review confirm that investors will participate?

No. It does not guarantee investor demand, funding, liquidity or listing. Additional work may be needed to investigate the assumptions behind a proposed pathway.
