Beyond the assessment · A separate engagement

A Whitepaper for your path to tokenomics.

For projects moving beyond the initial review, Earthberries prepares a Whitepaper under a separate engagement. It sets out the project’s proposed path to tokenomics.

A document for your team and advisers to discuss the proposed approach and the work needed to develop it.

Who we work with

Your purpose is the starting point.

We welcome conversations with organisations of all sizes. The right scope depends on the project’s objectives, available information and resources.

01

Businesses and asset owners

Get a documented starting point for deciding whether tokenization merits further work.

02

Social impact projects

You want to explore whether tokenization could support participation in a project with a social or environmental purpose. The intended impact, economics and rights need to be considered together.

03

Advisers and project sponsors

Bring findings, assumptions and open questions into a shared document for discussion with decision-makers and specialists.

Why Earthberries

A digital economy with room for more participants.

We believe tokenization can give more organisations a way to participate in the global digital economy. Our commitment is to help organisations of all sizes prepare, starting with their purpose, their assets and a realistic view of what the work requires.

Market context · 10 September 2026

BlackRock announced regulatory authorisation in Hong Kong for its HKD Digital Liquidity Fund. Its announcement describes planned subscriptions and redemptions using tokenised deposits and fiat-referenced stablecoins, building on its participation in the HKMA’s Project Ensemble.

For us, this highlights the need to consider asset structures, digital money, governance and investor protection together. That is why we start with readiness.

Regulatory context. Specialist input.

Regulatory and compliance questions are part of preparing a project. Earthberries helps identify the questions and coordinate the relevant specialist input within the agreed scope. Professional advice and regulated activities remain with the appropriate advisers and licensed intermediaries.
